It is a hot night in Domain 3. The Smog is particularly dense and no one can find any fresh air flowing down amongst the midStacks. Clothes become sticky in the heavy air and tensions rise as the overwhelming heat brings out the irrational side of any Stack denizen. Manners are forgotten and fights are breaking out all over the Stacks ending as quickly as they started. The Peacekeepers, in their long uniforms coats and protective caps, have an even less enviable job than usual on nights like this.
